Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address and delivery will depend on the courier.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check around your delivery area (mailbox/community box, front desk/concierge, side door) and ask neighbors if applicable. Then confirm the shipping address on your order. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help by checking tracking details and next steps.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within the timeframe listed in our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Can I return an item that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer?

If your order included a free item, returns are treated as a bundle. If returning part of the order means the offer requirements are no longer met, the refund may be adjusted.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t always offer direct exchanges. In many cases, the fastest option is to process a replacement once the return is confirmed (if applicable).

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number. We’ll make it right.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll check options.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location and demand periods. You’ll see an estimated timeframe at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link (and SMS if you entered a phone number at checkout).

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch, especially during peak periods.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

Orders are processed on business days. Some couriers may deliver on weekends depending on your location.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and aren’t controlled by us.

My package is delayed. What should I do?

Delays can happen due to customs or carrier congestion. If it has been unusually long with no movement, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Is payment secure?

Can I use more than one discount code?

Most discounts can’t be combined unless stated otherwise.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined due to bank security checks, billing info mismatch, or insufficient funds. Try another method or contact your bank.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged immediately after placing your order.

Every order includes:

How do the switchable dials work?

You can swap the dial to change your watch’s look quickly and easily—so you can match your outfit or mood without buying another watch.

Will it fit my wrist/hand?

Yes. CHRONIX comes with an adjustable metal link bracelet, and we include a link removal tool so you can resize it at home for a comfortable fit.

Is the watch waterproof?

We recommend avoiding swimming, showering, and heavy water exposure. Water and chemicals can reduce longevity over time.

How do I take care of my watch?

Wipe it with a soft cloth after wear and avoid moisture, perfumes, lotions, and harsh cleaning chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not in use.

Will it come in a box?

Yes. Every CHRONIX order comes with a watch box, so it arrives protected and ready to gift.
