Refund Policy Form — ShopChronix


At ShopChronix, each timepiece is crafted with care and undergoes a quality check before shipment. Due to the limited nature of our stock, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.


However, if you believe your watch is not functioning properly upon arrival, we offer a conditional refund policy outlined below:


Refund Eligibility Criteria:


  1. The watch must be returned to us for inspection.
  2. Our team will verify if the watch is indeed defective or not functioning as intended.
  3. Only if a defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued. If your watch was reviewed and the issue stated was not applicable, Watch will be sent back.



Please Note:


  • Cosmetic concerns, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for refunds.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for limited stock reasons and to preserve product integrity.
  • Any item returned without prior contact and confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.



To begin a return for inspection, please contact us at ShopChronix@gmail.com within no more than 3 days MAXIMUM of receiving your order with:


  • Your full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the problem (if applicable)
