Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12–24 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order will have entered processing and cannot be changed.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chronix is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier first to investigate.

We are not liable for stolen or unattended packages after delivery confirmation.

📦 Import Compliance & Refusal of Duties

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local import regulations.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes and returned to us, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct return shipping and handling costs
  • Issue a partial refund or store credit only

We are unable to reclaim costs incurred during international shipping and customs processing.
